Ep. 1: Sustainable Living in a Multi-Generational Passive House

This is the House Story of Project Leo, a multi-generational passive house built by Homes by Sorensen in Calgary, AB. Wanting to live more sustainably, a family creates a plan to build a high-performance home they can all live in comfortably and affordably. With the homeowners and the builder both bound by their own financial, logistical, and environmental constraints, it's a village effort to overcome the barriers and realize the completion of this charming, high-performance, energy-efficient home. This may be as sustainable as new detached homes get.
